The advantage︰

This hydraulic integrative testbed is designed according to hydraulic pump formal test standard from different countries, it can finish all sorts of performance test and data measure of hydraulic pumps.It is composed by starter, application valve body, test and measurement device, oil box and cooler. The starter is the advanced frequency conversion motor in the world whose speed is alterable, its speed can be adjusted optionally between 0 to 3000 rpm to test different hydraulic pumps which ask for different speed . What’s more,it also can test the performance index of a hydraulic pump working in different speed . The control valve is the most advanced ratio control device ,which is convenient for the control and test by computers. Digital and analog are used to measure pressure, discharge, speed and torsional moment . Number is convenients for collection, reduction and record by computer, while analog is convenient for site observation control. The radiator of the oil box work with water cooler, which can can satisfy the request of the hydraulic pump when it works in full power. |

1. Hydraulic integrative testbed:
It can do the dynamic and static performance test for hydraulic direction valves, pressure valves and flow control valves which are three major hydraulic control valves.It is equipped with CAT computer aided test system.Its test range, tests item, test request accord with GB/ T8104-1987, GB/ T8105-2006, and other relevant national standards.
The specifacations are as below:
★ Test range: Direction valve, Pressure valve, Flow control valve
★ Max. test pressure: 40MPa
★ Max. experiment power: 350KW
★ Test accuracy: ISI- B Grade
★ Control mode: Artificial or computer automatic
2. Hydraulic pump tester:
This tester can test dynamic and static performance of hydraulic piston pumps, vane pumps and gear pumps. It is equipped with CAT computer aided test system.Its test range, tests item, test request accord with JB/T7039~7044~2006 and other relevant national standards.
The specifacations are as below:
★ Test range: Hydraulic piston pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps
★ Max. test pressure: 35MPa
★ Max. experiment power: 75 --350KW
★ Test accuracy: ISI- B Grade
★ Control mode: Artificial or computer automatic
★ Speed : 0 ～ 3000r/ min
★ Mode of speed regulation: Frequency control
3. Hydraulic system demonstrate
The hydraulic system demonstrate is used by the special testbed which designed and assembled by students. It can do the tests of decompression loop, modulate velocity loop, protects press loop, orderly action loop, commutating circuit, changes quick loop, unloads lotus loop, balanceable loop, locks tight loop wait for loop's experience, and proportion valve, paints motor and paints.
The hydraulic system demonstrate is composed of platform shelf, oil source device, hydraulic parts, cylinder parts, loader and so on.
